Obituary: | Ricky Lynn Reyenga left this Earth to be with his Lord and Savior on October 7, 2024, at his home in Prescott. He was born on June 13, 1961, in Sonora, Texas to James Martin and Elsie Duncan Reyenga. Ricky is preceded in death by his parents, his paternal grandparents, Gerald and Mamie Reyenga, his maternal grandparents, Otis and Evelyn Kirby Duncan, a sister Debra K. Reyenga, and his service dog Angel. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Cynthia Spencer Reyenga, one brother Marty (Rita) Reyenga of Prescott, one sister Sandra (Danny) Rodgers of Hope, and bonus grandchildren: Evelyn Hale, Maylee and Malcom McCauley, nephews and nieces: Damian Rodgers (Vanessa), Whitney Rodgers, Jay Reyenga (Lacey), Jenny Halloway ( Steven), Laura Stevens (Jonathon), Mike Wilson, Nichole Everett (Eric), great nephews and nieces: Khloe Rodgers, Titus Rodgers, Heaven Langley, Tessa Langley, Ava Grace Reyenga, Emily Henson, Sarah Henson, Justin Stevens, Kennedy Stevens, Mary Stevens, Sean Wilson, Stephen (Bear) Wilson, Auron (AJ) Wilson, Shylind Zuercher, Sebatian Zuercher. Ricky also leaves behind a host of family and friends. Ricky was the Nevada County Treasurer and a member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church of Emmet.. He served in the Arkansas National Guard for 23 years. During that time, he deployed to Panama, Honduras and Kuwait. Ricky worked as a supply Sgt. and an Admin for the Guard for many years. He worked for Kenyan Enterprises out of Springhill, LA for a number of years. Ricky enjoyed playing golf, golf, and more golf. He enjoyed being around people and never met a stranger. Visitation is set for Wednesday October 9, 2024, from 5-7 PM at Brazzel Cornish Chapel. Funeral service will be Thursday October 10, 2024, at 2 PM in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Snell Cemetery.
