Obituary: Brenda Joyce Haynes, 60, of Prescott, AR went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at her home. She was born March 26, 1964, in Prescott, AR to Earl and Kay Brown Haynie. Brenda was a homemaker and an avid Razorback fan; she would alternate calling or texting her sister or daughter during every play. She loved Christmas time and would display her beautiful Christmas village as early in the year as her family would let her. She loved to bake and is known as the Best Cook in the South by her family and friends. Brenda would listen to Sunday services online, she loved her family and the Lord with all her heart., She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Mimi. Her final words were “Momma I love you more than anyone can imagine.” Brenda is preceded in death by her brother, Sammy Haynie and son Zackary Haynes. Survivors include her Husband of 42 years Don Haynes of Prescott; three Daughters Jasselyn Haynes Foster (Ryan) of Texarkana, Kyle Haynes and Apple Haynes both of Prescott; Father Earl Haynie (Kay) of Prescott and Mother Kay Sirmon (Preston) of De Queen; Mother-In-Law Nelda West of Texarkana; three Sisters Mary Kate Snow (Stephan) of Benton, Robyn Henderson of Alexander and Melissa Dean of Morrilton; six Grandchildren Hunter Parmer, Emilee Parmer, J Anthony Zavala, Haylee Jackson, Jayla Dean and Asa Hopper; numerous nieces, nephews, friends and cousins she considered siblings. Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00pm Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott. Funeral services are 2:00pm Monday, September 16, 2024, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott with Bro. Neal Ridling and Pastor KJ Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery (Redland Community) Prescott, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Prescott. Pallbearers will be Robert Haynie, Chas Haynie, Hunter Parmer, J Anthony Zavala, Asa Hopper, Jason Gokey, Gage Snow, and Gael Snow.
