| Obituary: | Mr. Harold Ray “HR" Callicott, age 83 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Saturday September 16, 2023, at his home. Mr. Callicott was born August 26, 1940 in Nevada County Arkansas to Roy and Opal Wicker Callicott. He was retired from the Arkansas Highway Dept and enjoyed collecting antique tractors, John Deere items, and arrow heads. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing as well. He attended New Salem Church in Laneburg, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Betty Faye Godwin. Survivors include his brother Bill Callicott (Linda) of Laneburg, AR, nephews and nieces, Todd, Shannon, Cassidi, Brian, Stacy, Caeley, Max, Kain, Kamri, Gary and Patrick, and other family and friends, and his special companion his dog, Squeak. Visitation will be Monday September 18, 2023 at Brazzel Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott from 1:00PM- 2:00PM. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM at Caney Cemetery with Bro. Neal Ridling officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brazzel/ Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott. |
