Obituary: Mary E. Plumley age 80 , passed away Sunday March 5, 2023 in Little Rock , Arkansas. Mary was born December 22, 1942 in Nevada County Arkansas to Sam and Gracie Roach Parmer. Mary was a strong loving mother and grandmother that cared for her family before herself. She was everybody's rock. Mary was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband Jack Plumley, daughter Carolyn Lough, sister Annie Parmer, grandchildren Dee Mattison, Ricky Mattison, and Tyler Oliver. Mary is survived by one son Ricky Mattison, three daughters Teresa Kemper, Vanassa Formby, and Deborah Oliver one sister Darlene Jordan, three brothers Sam Parmer (Martha), Earl Parmer (Joyce), and Joe Parmer. Grandchildren Cheryl Mattison, Michael Plumley, Billy Laughard, Tabitha Laughard, Rickey Laughard, David Formby, Steve Formby, Amber Stroud, Robin Pauley, Kimberly Carey, Bill Putz, Wayne Oliver. Numerous great and great great grandchildren, and many friends and extended family Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 8, 2023 at 2:00PM at Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel with David Formby officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday March 8, 2023 1:00PM till service time at Brazzel- Oakcrest Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Snell Cemetery. Services are under the direction of The Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope , Eddie Brazzel Director.
