Obituary: | Mr. Charles Edward “Chuck” Hicks, Jr, age 49, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021 at a local hospital. He was born October 1, 1972 to Charles and Martha Moore Hicks, in Osceola, Arkansas. He was a maintenance worker at Southern Bakeries, and a member of First Assembly of God in Prescott. Chuck enjoyed fishing and being with family and close friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Edward Hicks, Sr. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Hicks and mother, Martha Hicks, both of Caney, AR; one brother, Alvin Eatman; three sisters, Gloria Hicks, Marsha Tucker and Shirley Dominguez; several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 2:00pm Friday, December 31, 2021 at BRAZZEL/Cornish the Funeral Home of Prescott, with visitation to be held one hour prior. Bro. Jerry Hightower to officiate. Burial will follow at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Rosston, AR. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of BRAZZEL/Cornish the Funeral Home of Prescott, Eddie Brazzel, Director. |
