Obituary: | Mr. Robert “Bob” Harlin Tye, Jr, age 81 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, December 21, 2017 in a local hospital. Mr. Tye was February 12, 1936 born in Bodcaw, AR to Robert Harlin Tye, Sr. and Marie Carlton Tye. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, owner of Unitemp Metal Fabrication, a Mason and a member of First Baptist Church of Hope, Arkansas. Mr. Tye is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Donald Tye and Joe Charles Tye. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Suella Tye of Hope, two sons James Michael Tye and his wife, Patti Dale of Louisville, KY and John Steven Tye of Elkins, WV, a daughter Sydney Sue Stuart of Austin, TX, two sisters Linda Haynie of Waco, TX and Janette Spencer of El Dorado, AR, two grandchildren Harlin Stuart and Campbell Stuart, other family members and friends. Memorial service will be 4:00pm Saturday, December 23, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Hope with Bro. Daniel Bramlett officiating. Arrangements are with BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie BRAZZEL, Director. |
