Obituary: | Mr. Harry Gordon Harding, age 83 of Bodcaw, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Harry was born on January 22, 1938, in Webb, Oklahoma, to Rufus and Iva Brooks Harding. He was a retired truck driver for Maverick Truck Lines and a member of Corinth Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing cards, dominoes, horseshoes, spending time farming and ranching. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife of 60 years Pattie Harding, four brothers, Bud, Junior, Terry and Bob Harding and one sister, Wilma Johns. Survivors include: one son, Scott Harding wife Brenda, one daughter, Kristie Hicks husband Terry all of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, brother, Greg Harding (Hisako) of Sacramento, California, grandchildren, Jacob (Laura) Harding , Jenifer Smith, Jesse Harding (Jordan), Zane Harding all of Hope, Arkansas, Kirtis Waters, Sam (Gillian) Waters, Tyler (KD) Hicks, Jessie Dimarco, Brandie Arnold (Chad) great-grandchildren, Jaycee Harding, Jaxon Harding, Westin Hicks and Aubrey Arnold, several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be 12:00pm to 1:30pm on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801 Graveside services will be 2:00pm on Wednesday November 24, 2021, at Corinth Cemetery with Bro. Petie Ward officiating. Burial will follow. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie Brazzel Director. |
