Obituary: | Martha Louise Nichols, 85, of Magnolia, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019. Mrs. Nichols was born December 7, 1933 in Little Rock to George W. and Lillie May Miller. Mrs. Nichols was preceded in death by her parents; her spouse, Arlton H. Nichols; siblings Fred Miller and Tommy Lee Miller of Little Rock and George W. Miller II and Don Miller of California. She is survived by her son, David Nichols and wife Karen of Mansfield, Texas; two daughters, Linda Smith and husband Steve of Magnolia and Sharon Cummins and husband Tim of Conway; three brothers, Charles Miller of California, Vernon Miller and wife Kathy of Illinois and Dan Miller of Colorado; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren. Cremation services were provided by A.O. Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, AR. There will be a private service at a later date. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Dr. Murphy with Magnolia Hospital, Life Touch Hospice, Jessica Stone with Wentworth and the staff at the Wentworth Monroe Cottage for the love and care they always provided. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s’ Foundation or Life Touch Hospice at www.lifetouchhospice.org. |
