Obituary: Steven Merle Halliwill, age 73, of Emmet, Arkansas passed away on July 9, 2024 in Prescott, Arkansas. Mr. Halliwill was born on July 27, 1950 in Neosho, Missouri to his parents Floyd and Adelia Halliwill. He had a love for trains and enjoyed traveling. He was also a member of the Untied Methodist Church in Emmet, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 32 years, Dianne Halliwill; daughter, Stephanie Halliwill; son, Shane Antley (Hannah); two grandchildren, Paul Antley and Harper Antley; and three sisters, Shari Yates (Mike), Janice Oswald (Robin), and Cindy Halliwill. Visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Dan Ford and Jeremy Shoup officiating. Burial will follow at Snell Cemetery in Emmet, Arkansas under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
