Obituary: Mr. Billy Jack Foster age ,74 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday May 13, 2020, in Texarkana, Texas. He was a Baptist. Mr. Foster was born December 15, 1945 to Johnny Franklin Foster and Elizabeth Collier. He was in the National Guard. He is preceded in death by his son, Joey Wayne Foster, his parents, his brother; William Foster, his sister; Frances Rogers, and a great-grandson; Keegan Amos. Survivors include his wife of 55 years; Derinda Foster of Hope, his daughters; Teresa and Mike Severson, Hot Springs, LaDonna Foster and fiancĂ© Johnny Scott, Hot Springs, son; Jackie and Kristina Foster, Maude, TX, nine grandchildren; Jesse Amos and Shawna, Hot Springs, Justin Amos and Jessica, Heber Springs, Star Maston and Josh, Sherwood, JJ Foster, Sherman, TX, Brock Foster, Maude, TX, Kayla Walker and Dustin, Hot Springs, Braiden and Hayden Fortner, Hot Springs, Valerie Winsett, Hot Springs and 12 great-grandchildren. Public Viewing will be 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday May 15, 2020 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801 Funeral Service will be 2:00pm on Saturday May 16, 2020 at Brazzel/Oakcrest with Bro. Oliver McKamie officiating. Burial will follow in Snell Cemetery.
