Cantley Family by Irma H. Evans (ievans1928@gmail.com) on 2019-11-07 5:30 p.m.

I have a new email address. Now ievans1928@gmail.com.

I am interested in Electa Young Cantley who was married to William E. Wells. He was the brother of my maternal grandmother Bettie Wells Hamby who lived in Prescott, Arkansas. I was very young when Electa came to visit us in Prescott. An old clipping tells of William's work for the Missouri Pacific Railroad and dying from a train wreck. The couple lived in Yuma, AZ at the time. I would like to contact someone from the family. Irma Hamby Evans Thanks.

I would like to learn more about the Cantley family of Prescott Arkansas, particularly those buried in Moscow Cemetery. Looking for the ancestors and descendants of my Uncle Otis Jackson Cantley of Prescott (1878-1922)

My Cantley ancestor were G Grandparents: Frankie & Issac B. Cantley. Could this be a brother to Otis Cantley?

Otis' brothers were named William and Edward. There may have been one other, but he was deceased by 1900.

I don't think Otis and Isaac were brothers. The censuses indicate Otis had two brothers--William and Edward. He may have had one other brother, but that one was deceased by 1900. Maybe they were cousins.
